Instructions:

For the cream stew, mix sour cream with flour, yolks and salt and mix with the stiffly beaten snow of the egg whites.

Steam cook this mixture in a greased and floured steaming pan (pudding mold) for 1 hour.

Drizzle the overturned cream stew with melted butter, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garnish with green beans cooked in salted water or possibly green peas and finely chopped ham.
