Try this delicious pasta dish:
Slice zucchini into thin slices, cut basil into strips, mix with the above gen. Mix with the above mentioned spices.
Slice the mushrooms, squeeze the juice of a lemon over them, chop the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Bring the whipping cream to the boil in a frying pan, reduce the temperature, grate the cheese, and add to the sauce with the spices, stir and meanwhile simmer gently until the cheese melts.
Divide lasagna into 4 portions. Mix one third of the sauce into the zucchini and one third into the mushroom filling. Now take greased baking dish.
1st layer: 3 tbsp. sauce
2nd layer: first lasagna unit
3rd layer: 1/2 of the zucchini
4th layer: second lasagna unit
5th layer: all the mushrooms
6th layer: third lasagna unit
7th layer: remaining zucchinis
8th layer: fourth lasagna unit
9th layer: remaining sauce
10th layer: sprinkle with parmesan cheese
11th layer: put butter flakes or light butter on top
Bake: 30 min. in the middle of the oven heated to 220 degrees.
