For the green beans goulash, clean the green beans and cut them into 3-4 cm long pieces. Peel and chop the onion, potato and garlic. Cut the bacon into small cubes.

The Fisolengulasch can be served with any sausage. With debreziner it still gets a nice slightly spicy flavor. Frankfurters are a bit lower in calories and also milder for the taste. Also smoked meat goes well with it. Then you can also omit the bacon.
