Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Sift all the dry ingredients and mix them properly, piling them into a mountain. Make an indentation in the middle of the ingredients, pour in the oil, add a little boiling water and mix thoroughly.
Add the eggs beaten until creamy and prepare the whole thing into a homogeneous mass.
Butter a baking tray and dust it with flour. Pour the cake mixture onto the tray and bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 200 °C.
