Instructions:

For the ceviche, rinse the fish fillets with cold water and pat dry. Cut into approx. 1 x 1 cm cubes. Mix onion rings, chili, ginger and half of the lime juice. Marinate the fish cubes in it for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Mix remaining lime juice, oil and sugar to a dressing, season with salt and pepper.

Remove the fish cubes from the marinade and drain in a large colander. Arrange the ceviche on appetizer plates, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Preparation Tip:

A little curry adds quite a wonderful flavor to the ceviche.
