Try this delicious pasta dish:

Chop onions and garlic cloves. Cut cabbage in half, discard stem end, leaf cabbage apart, remove thick midribs. Cut leaves into 2 cm squares.

Caramelize sugar in a frying pan until golden brown. Extinguish with water and vinegar. Add caraway seeds, onions, butter, pepper and garlic. Simmer until caramel has dissolved repeatedly. Add cabbage, stew briefly until tender, deglaze with white wine and soup.

Simmer forty min. with lid closed at low temperature.

In the meantime, cut ribs into cubes, roast briefly in a little oil. Add to vegetables form and cook for the last fifteen min.

Break pasta into pieces and make al dente. Chop the parsley.

Drain the pasta, drain well and add to the cabbage.
