Mix all ingredients well with the pumpkin puree. Form the mass into small loaves and turn in flour. Fry in a pan on both sides and bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 5 minutes. The curd must be very firm/dry – possibly hang out overnight.

Pumpkin and curd galettes go well with game or poultry.
