Dice the onion and sauté over low heat until translucent. Add the finely chopped, peeled and pitted avocado.
Season with salt, pepper, a good pinch of turmeric and, depending on the desired spiciness, with cayenne pepper.
Put the whole thing in the blender, preferably in a small chopper, add the curd cheese, sour cream and a little yogurt. Mix well.
Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice. Add a little sugar or stevia. If necessary, add more seasoning.
Preparation Tip:
Season the avocado spread as desired with other pepper or generally with chili instead.
