For the Bedouin-style coffee, put the spices together with the ginger in a pot. (The typical coffee pot with a handle is best for this).
Now add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to minimum and simmer covered (so that not too much water evaporates) for 10 minutes.
Add mocha and sugar, stir once and simmer coffee, covered, for 5 minutes. Pour into small bowls and serve.
