Put flour in baking bowl, put butter flakes and salt on it, add tap water little by little and knead into a smooth dough. Leave to cool for approx. 30 min.

Clean and rinse spinach, cut onions and sauté with spinach in hot olive oil for about 5 min. Season with pepper, salt, lemon skin and nutmeg seasoning. Add parsley, pine nuts and en- or sunflower seeds. Cool.

Roll out dough thinly and pull apart. Spread spinach on top (leaving edges free) and crumble feta cheese on top. Mix egg with cow’s milk, brush the edges with it. Roll up using a kitchen towel and brush the dough with the remaining egg-cow’s milk mixture. Bake in a heated oven at 180-200 °C for about 50 minutes.
