For the sage-rosemary loaves, finely chop 4 sage leaves and part of the rosemary sprigs. Mix the minced meat with the rice, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs and form 8 loaves.
Press a sage leaf and/or rosemary needles on the top of each one. Brush the top of the loaves with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C until the sage and rosemary loaves are golden brown.
Preparation Tip:
The sage-rosemary loaves go very well with roast potatoes and zucchini vegetables or salad.
