For the mushroom cream sauce, peel and finely chop the onion.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into cubes (if possible, do not wash them).

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion in it.

Add the ham and the mushrooms and cook on low heat until the liquid from the mushrooms has almost evaporated.

Mix sour cream with whipped cream and stir into the mushrooms.

Season the mushroom cream sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
