For the iceberg lettuce with potatoes, wash the iceberg lettuce and finely cut into noodles.
Mix together the flaked, cooled potatoes and the onion.
Add 1/4 liter of cold water and season the iceberg lettuce with potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
Preparation Tip:
Fresh chive rolls round off the iceberg lettuce with potatoes. Of course, you can also use normal olive oil for this, or one with a different flavor.
