For the parsley foam soup, boil the homemade soup, or dissolve a soup cube in 3/4 liter of water and bring to a boil.
Roughly chop the parsley and add to the soup. Reduce heat and blend with a hand blender until a uniform mass is formed, but you can still see a bit of parsley.
Add a dash of milk and blend again until the soup is frothy.

Serve the parsley foam soup with a soup garnish of your choice.
