For the baked apples with marzipan nut filling, remove the core with an apple corer, enlarge the hole with a teaspoon. Coarsely chop the nuts. Knead together with cinnamon, marzipan, raisins, rum.

Place the apples in an ovenproof dish, fill with marzipan paste. Put a piece of butter and 1 teaspoon of honey on each apple. Pour white wine on top.

Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Roast the apples in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.

Pour the roasting juices into the saucepan, boil down to half at high temperature and baste the apples with it. Place a walnut in the center of each baked apple with marzipan nut filling, arrange and serve.
