Soak garlic cloves in water with ice cubes. This “freezes” the aromatic substances for the praline production. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, mix in the liqueur. Dry the garlic cloves and pull them through the chocolate. Solidify on parchment paper or aluminum foil.

If desired, roll the garlic pralines in chopped walnuts shortly before the chocolate sets.
