For the pineapple fondue, remove the fruit from the can, saving the juice. Mix the pineapple juice and white wine. Cut the pineapple slices into small bite-sized pieces. Divide chili pepper, remove seeds and cut 1/4 of chili pepper small. Grate the ginger.

Finely dice or possibly grate the two cheeses.

Mix the starch in the white wine-pineapple juice mixture and bring the liquid to a boil in a saucepan. Then stir in the cheese while stirring vigorously and constantly, allow to melt and simmer gently until a nice creamy mixture forms. Season with curry powder, ginger, chili and white pepper, then pour the mixture into a fondue pot and continue to simmer the pineapple fondue very gently on a fondue stove.

Dip in the provided tunk additions as you like and enjoy this exotic fondue in the convivial round.

Serve with this pineapple fondue sliced fresh bread or exotic fruits. Also spicy fried chicken pieces or shrimp go very well with it!
