Mix some milk with pudding powder.
Boil remaining milk with rum, dissolved coffee powder and sugar and cook to a pudding with the mixed pudding powder.
Rinse ramekins with cold water and pour in pudding.
When the pudding is cold, invert the ramekins and serve the coffee pudding.
Preparation Tip:
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Also chocolate sauce drizzled over it still gives that certain something.
