Stir salt, yogurt, sour cream and pepper, a pinch of sugar, mustard and grated horseradish into a salad dressing. Lightly fold in the chopped parsley and a few plucked dill leaves.

Add the egg slices, cucumber cubes, tomato slices, carrot sticks, onion cubes, bell pepper rings and apple slices one after the other and fold into the mixture. Finally, add the potatoes, cooked in their skins and cut into cubes.

Stir again, pull well, before serving sprinkle with a little freshly ground horseradish.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
