For the puff pastry pockets with Nutella filling, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into squares. Put a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of the squares.
Brush the four outer sides about 1/2 cm thick with a thin layer of egg, fold them into patties and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Brush the patties with egg and bake for about 15 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown.
