For sweet salami, beat sugar with yolks until fluffy. Stir in butter, cocoa and Marsala. Crumble cookies and knead with cocoa mixture to form a firm dough.
Form into 2 rolls using plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Remove from plastic wrap and cut into slices.
