Remove the washed rose hips from the head and stalk and put in the hand mixer form. Fill the puree with cloves, cinnamon and cardamom in wide-necked bottles and pour vodka. Close the bottles tightly and place in the sun for 3 weeks. Shake daily. Then pour through a fine sieve.
Make a syrup with a quarter of a liter of water and the sugar. Pour over the cooled rose hips and stir. Pass everything through a sieve and mix with the vodka extract. Fill the liqueur into bottles and cork them.
