For the Lambada ACE slice, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites to snow. Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then gradually stir in oil and water slowly. Finally, alternately fold in the flour sifted with baking powder and the snow until a smooth dough is formed.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C, hot air for about 15 minutes.

Place the biscuits on the cake close together and decorate the Lambada ACE slice with chocolate icing.

Since the ACE juice is very sweet, little sugar can be used.
