For the wild garlic pesto, chop the wild garlic finely. Roast the pine nuts light brown in a pan without fat, let cool and chop finely.
Blend the wild garlic, parmesan, pine nuts, spices and oil with a hand blender. Fill into clean jars, top with a little oil and store in a cool place.
Preparation Tip:
Is quick to make and quick to take - simply cook pasta (preferably spaghetti), drain and mix with the wild garlic pesto. Possibly fresh Parmesan over it - the healthy meal is ready!
