For the yogurt cream with fruit, soak gelatin sheets in cold water.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice and sugar until smooth.

Gently heat about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture in a small saucepan. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it and stir into the yogurt mixture. Fold in the whipped cream.

Pour into deep plates or glasses and let cool briefly in the freezer.
