Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Put oil in a pot and brown the onion. Add the garlic and the pumpkin and fry.
Add vegetable soup and season with chili and salt.
When the pumpkin is soft, puree everything with a blender and refine with whipped cream.
Serve the pumpkin soup and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, pumpkin seed oil and grated pumpkin seeds.
