Dice the greens, potatoes, carrot and onions and sauté together. Now pour in the beef broth and soften. Mash the mixture and refine with the whipped cream. Season with pepper, salt, nutmeg and marjoram.

Cut the red sausage into slices and fry in butter.

Put the sausage in the plates and fill up with soup. Sprinkle chopped chives and parsley on top.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
