Mix all ingredients – except corn oil and butter – to a relatively thin dough, spicy seasoned.

Heat oil and butter in a heavy frying pan and bake the pancakes.

Serve as hot as possible, accompanied by hearty spiced tomato juice.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also suitable for children.
