Instructions:

Put the ground wheat or wholemeal flour in a large enough bowl, mix with oil, salt and water, crumble the yeast over it.

Knead with the dough hook (electric) for 5 to 6 minutes.

Let the dough rise at room temperature with the lid closed for 20 minutes, knead once more.

Form two rolls, divide each into five work steps and form them into 10 rolls.

Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, brush with water and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds, poppy seeds or sunflower seeds.

Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to half an hour.
