For the coffee ice cream, put the mixing bowl of the ice cream machine in the freezer in time (about 12 hours before!). This step is not necessary if you have a comfortable machine that cools independently.
For the ice cream, boil whipped cream, milk and sugar. Now add the coffee beans to the mixture and let everything chill for about 10 hours.
Separate the eggs and whisk the egg yolks until slightly foamy. Before finishing, strain the liquid through a sieve and reheat. Slowly stir the egg mixture into the warm liquid.
Freeze and finish the coffee ice cream in an ice cream maker.
Preparation Tip:
If you do not have an ice cream maker at home, you can help yourself like this: You broke a large metal container and a hand mixer. Put the ice cream liquid in the metal container in the freezer for a few hours. Whenever the mixture starts to solidify, mix it up again with the hand mixer. Repeat until the ice cream is the consistency you desire.
