First, wash and pit the apricots. Quarter them and mix with bourbon vanilla sugar.
Add yogurt, milk and water and blend with a hand blender until creamy.
Pour into a glass with a few ice cubes and / or enjoy in a bowl with cereal.
Preparation Tip:
If the apricots are even more tart, you can add a little sugar or a dash of elderberry syrup to the apricot shake.
