Instructions:

For the tzatziki, peel the cucumbers, cut them in half and scrape out the seeds. Coarsely grate the cucumber pieces into a sieve, add salt.

Mix yogurt and cream with olive oil, chop herbs very finely and add to yogurt mixture. Squeeze cucumbers very tightly and stir in as well.

Add garlic, mix well and let stand for a while.

Preparation Tip:

If you can't find or don't have cucumber herb available, the tzatziki can be made without it.
