For the trout in the aluminum foil with parsley potatoes take a piece of aluminum foil larger than the trout. Put a piece of butter on the aluminum foil where the fish will be placed.

Slice the carrots, spring onions. Cut the ginger, garlic and lemon into very thin slices. Salt and pepper the fish heavily. Place 1/2 clove of garlic and a pair of slices of ginger inside the fish.

Add the carrots, green onions, cherry tomatoes to the fish. Put two slices of lemon, small pieces of butter and the rosemary on top, close well. Cook at 175°C for about 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water. Toss in olive oil with the parsley, add salt. The trout is cooked when the eyes are white.
