For the sweet potato fries, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into strips. Then put them in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and spice flower mixture and mix everything together.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake the fries for about 30 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
The sweet potato fries are best served with chive sauce. Alternatively, you can season the fries with paprika, or fresh rosemary.
