Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Rub the lamb heartily with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the parsley. Finely chop garlic and parsley and mix with basil. Distribute kitchen herbs evenly over lamb. Roll up meat and tie with spaghetti.
Place in a large roasting pan and roast in the oven at 180 °C for 90 minutes. During this time, gradually pour the clear soup.
Remove the skin from the shallots and potatoes. Rinse the potatoes and cut into quarters. Clean and rinse beans.
Add vegetables to meat after 45 min roasting time, season with salt and pepper.
Remove the spaghetti from the roast lamb and cut the meat into slices.
Arrange together with vegetables on a heated plate.
