Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Slice bread lengthwise, spread with garlic butter. Top bottom half of bread with 3/4 of tomato and mozzarella slices and salami. Sprinkle with half of the dried oregano. Place top half of bread on top. Top with remaining mozzarella and tomato. Sprinkle with remaining dried oregano. Bake on parchment paper lined baking sheet at 200 °C for about 15 min. Serve sprinkled with fresh oregano.

Extra tip: keep leftover mozzarella covered with its own brine. Keeps for 48 hours.
