For the cremefine brittle dumplings:






Instructions:

Mix the strawberries with the mint, sweeten with 1 tbsp. sugar and divide into 4 soup plates.

In a bowl, mix Rama Cremefine with tbsp. sugar, lime juice, lime zest and egg yolk and spoon everything over the strawberries.

Place the plates in the oven under the broiler and gratinate until golden brown under supervision.

For the dumplings, whip Rama Cremefine until stiff and fold in the brittle.

Form cream dumplings with a tablespoon and place them on the still warm dessert. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and serve garnished with mint.

Preparation Tip:

Fruits such as mangoes, raspberries, blackberries or figs are also suitable for this dessert.
