For the spreadable sausage dumplings, whisk the egg in the water. Add the flour and mix well.
Stir in the sausage spread well (with a whisk). Then stir in the dumpling bread. Let rest for about 30 minutes.
Form 6-8 dumplings with wet hands, place in boiling salted water, reduce heat and let stand for about 10 minutes.
The spreadable sausage dumplings are ready when they dance.
