For spicy mince, roast onion with butter in a pan. Add the tomatoes and minced meat to the onion cubes, stir-fry and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Finally add the cream, parsley, tomato ketchup, lemon juice and white wine. Season again and serve.
