The Snack Of The Month Tk defrost puff pastry and roll out on a floured surface into 2 squares (24 x 24 cm). Separate egg, brush puff pastry with egg white. Mix sugar with ground cinnamon, cloves and coriander, sprinkle on 1 square. Place second square on top, press smooth with rolling pin. Cut dough into 1 1/2 cm wide strips, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with hail sugar. Twist the strips into spirals and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 °C (gas 2 – 3, convection oven 200 °C) for a few minutes on the 2nd rack from the bottom until golden brown.
