Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

In a large saucepan, bring enough salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.

In the meantime, rinse and dry the parsley and chives and chop finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped herbs. Drain the pasta, reserving 3 tbsp of the cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the frying pan with the 3 tbsp of salted water and stir well.

Remove the frying pan from the heat, add the butter and season with freshly ground pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve hot.
