Clean the lettuce, mix the ingredients for the dressing well.

Mix the sour cream with chives, salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients for the crêpe batter, bake narrow crêpes of about 12 cm ø in a pan with a little butter. Cover each with a slice of salmon and spread it with the half cream mixture. Roll up the crêpes and arrange on plates together with the leaf salad. Drizzle the leaf salad with dressing and slice the warm crêpes as desired.
