For the small currant golaches, spread the puff pastry on the baking sheet, divide it with the pastry wheel into 20 pieces (length 5 rows, width 4 rows).
Place a well heaped teaspoon of currant jam in the center of each piece and twist the opposite ends together.
Brush with milk and bake according to instructions.
Preparation Tip:
If there are fresh currant you can put another currant in the middle of the currant golaches for decoration.
