Prepare the spaghetti in light salted water not too soft, drain and cut to fit the filling. Beat the eggs well, add the cheese and mix with the spaghetti. Season the meat slices with salt, season with pepper and fill with the spaghetti mixture and stick together. Brown the roulades on all sides and cook, adding a little water. Remove the roulades and keep warm.
