Sheet Cake with Cherries

Beat yogurt, granulated sugar and eggs until very fluffy. Add vanilla sugar and continue to beat until fluffy. Pour in the oil and stir in.

Mix the baking powder into the flour and gently stir everything in.

Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and top with the cherries.

Bake the cherry cake for 25-30 minutes at 170 °C with hot air.

Preparation Tip:

The mixture is suitable for a smaller cake pan. For a large baking tray it is recommended to prepare 1 1/2 times the amount.
