For sesame sticks, mix spelt flour, herb salt and baking powder in a baking bowl. Add sunflower oil and buttermilk and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 30 equal pieces, shape them into sticks about 10 cm long, roll them in sesame seeds and press the seeds lightly.

Cover the sticks and let them rest in an icebox for about 1 hour. Then place on a greased baking tray and bake the sesame sticks in a heated oven at 180° C for about 18 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Sesame sticks have a high calcium content due to the sesame and are therefore healthy for teeth and bones!
