A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Make a minced dough and refrigerate for one night. Cut out two rings(*). Roll out the dough a little bit thicker, because the cookies will run during baking. While cutting, chill the dough repeatedly. Bake at medium heat until light yellow.
Coat the top ring with cooking chocolate and decorate with almond kernels, then stick together with jam.
