Total time: 45 min

Preheat oven to 160 °C hot air.

In a deep pan, pour about 1cm of olive oil, peel the garlic cloves and add them whole to the pan. Quarter the onion and add

Salt and pepper the drumsticks on both sides.

Peel potatoes, cut in half or quarter depending on size, salt generously and add also.

Put in the oven and after about 15 minutes pour a little water over them, then periodically baste with the juices from the mold.

The chicken should stay in the oven for about 40 to 45 min.

10 minutes before it’s ready, baste well again and then sprinkle generously with rubbed rosemary.

Preparation Tip:

Do not add the rosemary before the end of baking, because it would burn and get a strong bitter taste.
