For the raisin cocoa muffins, beat margarine, honey and eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Line a muffin tin with paper cups.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa, stir skim milk and raisins into egg mixture and fold in flour.

Pour into the muffin cups and bake the raisin cocoa muffins at 170 degrees hot air for about 20 – 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The raisin cocoa muffins can also be prepared with non-preserved raisins.
