For the raisin chocolate muffins, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder and strain into a baking bowl.
Add egg, sugar, oil and yogurt and mix with dough hook. Stir in chocolate and raisins.
Grease muffin tins, sprinkle with flour, breadcrumbs or grated nuts and fill 2/3 with batter.
Preheat the oven to 180° C top/bottom heat or 160° C hot air and bake the raisin-chocolate muffins for 25 minutes (gas: level 3).
Preparation Tip:
If you bake the raisin chocolate muffins in mini muffin tins, the mixture makes about 36 pieces. In this case, bake a little shorter!
